2010-08-25 | | | | We have a new fundraiser we are going to start August 30th. We are going to sell Frosty Fruit (which is kind of like a slushy) for $1 during lunch at LHS. This fundraiser is in partnership with Baseball and we plan to sell these all year and split the profits. Working the Frosty Fruit machine will be alternated on a two week basis. Baseball will sell it for the first 2 weeks and then Football will take over for two weeks, etc. We need to get some parent volunteers to help with this - 2 people per day, starting Sept 13 - Sept. 24th. If you can help, please let me know as soon as possible. The times will be from 10:45 to 1:00.
Weeks of work (thru December) Will be working January to May as well but not scheduling at this time!

2010-07-19 | | | | To get put on the concession work schedule, please contact Gina Bridwell (seasoned_stones@comcast.net). Remember it is a requirement of every family that one parent is required to work in the concession stand during the season. If you do not sign up for a date, you will be assigned a date and expected to work it. You can buy-out your date for $50.
If you want to provide a coaches meal on Sunday for the Coaches, contact Jo Mason (wilkstomason928@sol.com) to get on the schedule.
If you want to pick up and transport the varsity post game meals for the away games, please contact Jo Mason (wilkstomason928@aol.com) to get on that schedule
